Goods Return policy

At, items sold can only be return for the exchange of the same product code based on the terms and conditions listed below and can only be done NOT more than 2 days of receipt of the item based.


Item eligible for return/exchange:

  • Damage occur during transit and package being opened before receiving it.
  • Received different product from order.
  • The return items must be unused and customer must keep the original receipt of the payment.
  • Items with flaws listed on the memo attached in the packaging are not eligible for return.
  • Note : Colors displayed on website might vary from the original item due to viewing from different monitors and screens.

Return Instructions

  • Please take photos of
    • Damaged item (e.g. broken pieces, dented part, defect part)
    • Hand-written customer name on the outer carton box.
    • Consignment note on the outer carton box.
    • Sticker with QC staff name on the colour box.
  • Upon receiving all the required information, we will assess the conditions of the item and resend the same item to you within 3-5 working days from the date we receive the damaged item with the conditions where there is no false claim.
