11. These Terms and Conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Malaysia, without reference to its conflicts of law rules.

Delivery Policy

1. VANTAGE aims to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
2. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
3. For delivery in West malaysia, please allow up to 2-7 working days from payment date.
4. For delivery in East malaysia, please allow up to 14 working days from payment date.

Returns and Refunds Policy

No refund is entertained BUT damaged good when received can be exchanged.  Please whatsapp photo of the damaged good during delivery, to customer careline at 016-218 9494 on the same day you receive the goods.  Following that, our sales representative will contact you and arrange for return of damaged  goods to our address below:
